I am playing soccer 4 coley street school. we lost 2 1 to another team. I am used to playing in a team of awesome players when i started playing i didnt think my team would be very good but they turned out to be a team of really good players. Nathan

i think that we should not have uniforms because they are ugly, smelly, they cost to much, they dont suit all poeple, people dont like them , it will cost to much to wash and we will have to were them over and over again if we cant aford them that is why we should not have to were uniforms

i think that uniforms shouldnt be compulsary cause 1. the stink 2. if we see people a far distance away we will not be able to tell who the are 3. they are way to expensive 4.most people wont wear them coz then we will all look the same 5.it is way to expensive to wash the same clothes over and over again6. also we will be getting teased by the other school if we did get uniforms i would hate to have a lot of siblings.most girls fold there skirts and make them shorterwith safety

Hi I'm Aaliyah and my class room are having a Debate the Debate is in groups. Some people are saying yes we should have school uniforms, and some are saying we should not have school uniforms, some others are saying that clothes do make a person but i am saying that clothes do not make a person. I think that clothes do not make a person because it is the way that we act and us that make a person not clothes beacuse clothes are just a peice of meterial that you wear to cover up. i think that it is your personality that can make a person, blood, flesh and meat. We have been doing our debate for only a few days now and we allready have nearly finished. We have some good ideas for the group and i think we will have a good chance at having a good go for winnig the debate against the group that sais yes clothes do make a person......... Hockey

On Tuesday the 23rd of October Coley Street School Foxton, the yr 5&6 hockey team played their first game of the season. We faced Levin North, they got really close to the goal but they still didnt score any goals. Our team was the bomb because we scored 20 and at the end of the game the score it came out to be 20 nil. And it was the first time I ever played any hockey in my life. our game wasnt until 5.30 but I had to go down to the turf with Mz C round 3.00 we neally froze to death because we had to wait for so long. But for my first game of hockey ever I think I did pretty well and we worked as a team, but I think I neally broke one of the oppositions stick but o well that is what happened at my first game of hockey.

We are a stunning class of Year 5 & 6 students based at Coley Street School in Foxton. Foxton is situated in the North Island of New Zealand.
